Christensen Law focuses on providing the best legal expertise to its clients. That’s why the firm is excited to announce that Associate Attorney Sarah Stempky-Kime has been named a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters, the company that brings you Super Lawyers.

For the second year in a row, Christensen Law attorney Sarah Stempky-Kime has been named a Rising Star for 2014 by Thomson Reuters. The legal research firm puts out a list every year of Super Lawyers: the top lawyers in over 70 different practice areas including firm owner David Christensen. They also identify up and comers with great potential, like Sarah Stempky-Kime, for their Rising Star award.

Rising Stars are lawyers under 40 years old with less than 10 years of experience who go through the company’s patented multiphase selection process. The process is very rigorous and can be challenging for less experienced lawyers. That’s why only 2.5 percent of lawyers are named Rising Stars.

Sarah Stempky-Kime is a perfect example of a Rising Star. A strong advocate and great negotiator and litigator, she has been helping Christensen Law clients get the recovery they need since she graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2010.

She played a key role in the trial awarding a Christensen Law client the largest ever personal injury verdict in Michigan. She also assisted head attorney David Christensen in preparing an important case about the state’s governmental immunity for the Michigan Supreme Court.

The Super Lawyers creators aren’t the only ones noticing Sarah Stempky-Kime’s potential. In 2013 she was also named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly. This award named Stempky-Kime one of the top 25 lawyers in the state under the age of 40.

Sarah Stempky-Kime is part of the team that sets Christensen Law apart. She represents the victims of car accidents and traumatic brain injuries against insurance companies and at fault drivers, helping them get the money they need to recover from their serious injuries.
