Stephanie McPherson is Christensen Law’s Litigation Paralegal. As a paralegal, she assists the lawyers with cases and handles a lot of the procedural aspects of the files. She is the one you can call with all your questions about how your case is progressing. Stephanie works with clients from day one, performing initial client intake interviews, coordinating pre-suit investigations, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
Stephanie also prepares many of the documents in your case, including medical record summaries, case evaluation and facilitation summaries, and witness lists. She coordinates all the communication between doctors, clients, and insurance companies. She will help you figure out how to tell your story and negotiate the litigation process, but she will refer you to your lawyers for any legal advice.
Stephanie L. McPherson has been with the Christensen Law team since 2012:
“I love that my job grants me the ability to help people who are faced with a very trying time in their lives. We all work as a team and always have our client’s best interest in mind.”
She is an ABA certified paralegal with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration and Policy from Oakland University where she was a member of the OU Dance Team. She’s spent the last 13 years focused exclusively on plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. That means she has been helping injured clients and motorists for over a decade and really understands their needs.
Stephanie and her husband live in New Baltimore with their two daughters and three dogs. She enjoys taking dance lessons, boxing, spin class, and spending time on her boat in the summers.
